Centrosolar has extended the product warranty for its crystalline modules, manufactured at its Sonnenstromfabrik solar factory in Wismar, Germany, from five to 10 years. Applying retroactively from today, the newly enhanced warranty reinforces the company’s ‘made in Germany’ quality stamp.
The extended warranty applies to all crystalline modules from the S-Class Excellent, S-Class Professional and S-Class Integration Deluxebrands. The performance warranty period will continue to amount to 26 years at 80% performance.
“Since we produce these modules ourselves, we are able to monitor every step of the production process from start to finish, and we know exactly which materials are being used. This provides us with the security to be able to offer high-quality modules, which we have highlighted with the decision to double our warranty to 10 years,” said Simon Gerrard, Managing Director of Centrosolar UK.

The company’s modules also come with salt spray certification and anti-reflective glass on the front side as standard.
