The UK could reach 60GW of solar generation by 2030 and Schneider Electric has said it is to share expertise at Solar Energy UK (SEUK) on how to reach this 60GW vision.
Serge Goldenberg, senior vice president of solar business at Schneider Electric said the prediction of 60GW from a recent report from the Centre for Economics and Business Research, is enough to power 18 million UK homes and support almost 50,000 jobs.
SEUK visitors at the NEC in Birmingham this year can expect to learn more about Schneider Electric products and solutions at stand number H24:

Schneider Electric will also be launching the Conext CL, a new line of three-phase string inverters. The Conext CL is built for decentralised architectures, with full grid support features. The integrated wiring box comes with five configurable options giving customers installation flexibility while eliminating the cost of an external DC combiner box. As a lightweight inverter with a detachable wiring box, the Conext CL is also easy to install and service.
