European solar distribution group Carbomat has announced the strengthening of its inverter range through a new partnership with manufacturers of Solis Inverters, Ginlong Technologies.

The agreement will enable Carbomat to distribute the full Solis product range across its core markets of BeNeLux and the United Kingdom.

Distributor Carbomat said that the latest partnership with Solis would allow them to better serve a wider customer base, extending the range of project opportunities that can be addressed.

“We took a long time over our deliberations and considered other inverters in order to complement our existing range,” said Koen Cassenaer, COO, Carbomat. “Ultimately we chose Solis Inverters because we wanted to ensure that we continue to offer our customers the high quality they have been accustomed to, but, also to include in that offer, a range to suit the more cost sensitive projects and clients. We have been very impressed with the Solis units and can see continued growth within our entire product portfolio.”

Yiming (Jimmy) Wang, CEO of Ginlong Technologies said: “It is our pleasure to extend our relationship with Carbomat and enhance the Solis Inverter position throughout the UK market. Carbomat has a well-regarded reputation in the UK solar distribution sector and offers installers a premium level of service and support, both in-house and via their field based technical sales team. We very much look forward to working with Carbomat.”
