CCL Components and SMA Solar Technology will be running six seminars on energy storage over the three days at Solar Energy UK.

The companies believe that as the UK solar market matures, installers will increasingly need to find methods of differentiating themselves from the competition. CCL and SMA are predicting that energy storage solutions will play an increasingly important role for the installers of the future.

As a result, CCL will be running two seminars per day in the Solar Central area that will focus on the Sunny Island retrofit system and SMA’s new Smart Energy Storage Inverter. Ken Hobbs Technical Director for CCL and Dean Kalek from SMA will be presenting at the CCL Energy Storage event on all three days, they will cover all aspects from financial returns to system design.

The company hopes that the seminars will allow installers to leave with a wider knowledge of how energy storage can be added to your residential and commercial offering.
