Myriad, working alongside construction company Wates and consultant Hilson Moran Partnership, has completed a 54.76kWp installation on the new Woolwich Civic Offices, London.
The London Borough of Greenwich’s new £52.5 million Civic Office in Woolwich town centre has achieved a BREEAM ‘excellent’ rating with the help of Myriad’s solar PV system and a range of energy saving solutions including; lighting sensors, automated blinds, green and brown roofs, rainwater harvesting and a building management system.
The 296 Sharp modules installed on the roof of the offices will ensure that the building will meet and surpass a compliant CO2 savings figure of 23.6 tonnes per annum.
