The publication of feed-in tariff deployment statistics last month showed that with just 54MW of domestic solar deployed to date, London continues to lag far behind other areas of the UK despite having a much higher concentration of households and office buildings.
Boris Johnson has seemingly ruled out the establishment of a feed-in tariff top-up for Londoners, but how else can the mayor and the London Assembly stimulate the capital's PV market?
