Scottish solar installer AES Solar has joined Panasonic’s Premium Installer programme, growing the manufacturer’s Scotland-based installer ranks to 14.
AES has been selected as a Panasonic-accredited installer for Morayshire, the Highlands and north east Scotland, giving the installer accessing to Panasonic’s module range and online lead generation platform.
AES will become the 14th installer to be signed up to the programme north of the border but only the third to service the north of Scotland. The majority are based around Edinburgh and Glasgow and a further two near Aberdeen.
Daniel Roca, senior business development manager at Panasonic Eco Solutions Europe, said: “We launched our Premium Installer scheme to provide the UK with a certified, handpicked selection of installers that place quality of service and products at the forefront of their business ethos. We believe AES Solar shares this ethos and we’re looking forward to a strong partnership in future.”
Panasonic’s lead generation tool works by offering consumers an online simulation and calculator tool which can be used to determine potential returns of a rooftop solar installation.
Consumers can then register to be contacted by a local installer, with those leads distributed only to Panasonic’s register of premium installers. The leads are offered free of charge unless components are than Panasonic’s are used in an eventual install.
