Signing what could be another exciting deal for the UK solar market, Merseyside accountancy firm Mitchell Charlesworth has penned a bi-lateral trade agreement to help Chinese manufacturer Singyes Solar set up on British soil.

Mitchell Charlesworth’s Director, Steve Foo, who was introduced to the Chinese manufacturer during a UKTI trade mission to China in 2011, said: “We are very excited to be working with Singyes Solar.

“It is one of the leading green energy manufacturers in Asia and is listed on the Hong Kong stock exchange.

“We are advising its directors on entry into the UK and Irish market. Moreover we are using our extensive contacts base to help Singyes Solar partner with construction firms and developers in the UK.”

Singyes Solar is principally engaged in the design, fabrication and installation of conventional curtain walls and building integrated photovoltaic systems as well as smart-grid power systems. The company also manufactures and sells solar products including solar cells, modules, prefabricated solar houses, solar thermal systems and solar street lamps.
