Leading international solar power engineering, contracting and distribution company Colexon Energy is opening a UK-based solar warehouse and showroom in Rye, East Sussex. Introducing its Colexon Flex kit series, featuring premium components including First Solar panels, SMA inverters and Würth mounting systems, the company firmly enters the UK solar market.
The Colexon Flex kits range from 10 to 18kWp and can be installed individually or in combinations to form larger units of 50kWp or more. Designed for ease of installation, robustness and value for money, the kits and are ideal for agricultural buildings, schools, warehouses, factories and other buildings with a roof space of more than 1000 sq. ft.
Volker Hars, CEO of Colexon Energy said, “With our strong track record in the photovoltaic roof-top market, it is a logical step for Colexon to launch a kit system designed for medium sized roof projects. We are convinced our FLEX kits will be attractive for installers in the very dynamic UK market and our presence in Rye will guarantee quick delivery and technical support to customers.”
The new showroom will open with an information event for renewable energy and solar photovoltaic installers on Tuesday, 24 May, while the general public will be invited to look around on Wednesday 25.
