Online distributor Ecolution has reacted to potential duties on Chinese solar panels by announcing that it will be stocking a new multinational range of panels, inverters and framing systems by the end of July.

The new product range encompasses products from a wide variety of countries – a move designed to help the company provide certainty of supply.

Ecolution will stock solar PV modules from LG Electronics in Korea, Hanwha panels from China, Solon from Germany and Winaico panels from Taiwan.

As for inverters, the company will stock Eltek’s range from Norway, Kaco from Germany, China’s GoodWe and the Dutch company Mastervolt. Framing systems will be offered from Germany, France and the UK with full ranges from K2, Easy-Roof and Ecomount.

Commenting on the company’s move, director of Ecolution products Kevin Knapp said: “With the recent degression of the feed-in tariff and the uncertainty surrounding anti-dumping, we want to ensure we are able to offer our customers a range of products that is not only competitive in price, but from varied global manufacturers to ensure quality, availability and supply.”

He continues: “We are really proud of our customer service and that is central to our E-commerce strategy.  The Ecolution team has taken stock of the last six months since our website was launched and, with a comprehensive knowledge of customer needs, we are confident that we offer a strong range of products.”
