Spanish inverter manufacturer, Ingeteam, has confirmed that it has supplied inverters to some of the UK’s biggest PV plants.
Ingeteam supplied 24 of its Ingecon Sun 500HE TL inverters, from the PowerMac family, to help power three plants in the South West of England, installed by Isolux Corsán.
The inverters have a nominal power of 12MW and an estimated lifetime of more than 20 years and are situated on three 5MW parks located across Cornwall.
To date, Ingeteam has supplied more than 2GW of inverters to customers, solidifying its place as one of the largest global inverter manufacturers.
