KN Renewable Energy has completed a 37.74kWp solar installation at the New Academy in East London. Designed using 204 Sharp 185Wp solar panels, the project is expected to produce 31,640 kilowatt hours of renewable energy each year.
James Manthorpe, Head of Renewable Energy at KN Renewable Energy said, “This project will significantly reduce the new Academy’s electricity bills and generate an income of approximately £11,000 per annum. We have installed a display into the reception area to allow all of the future children, staff and visitors to see what is being generated and we hope it will become a useful tool to educate about the benefits of solar PV.”
KN Renewable Energy have specialised in solar photovoltaic installations for the last ten years, offering domestic installations to large commercial sites.
