In order to simplify the MCS enrolment process for smaller solar installation companies, the Grant Training Academy is now offering an MCS Made Easy course, which will be delivered by the ECA.
Offered by ECA Certification (Elecsa), the one-day course will take installers through the MCS installation quality control requirements that must be adhered to in order to pass the office or business part of the MCS assessment. The course will run at the Academy in Devizes, Wiltshire, and other ECA venues across the UK.
This streamlined version of accreditation is only available to those who are seeking MCS certification alongside ECA Certification. In order to comply with the MCS001 Scheme requirements and become MCS certificated, installers must also be members of the REAL Assurance Scheme.
