Chinese inverter manufacturer, GoodWe, has signed an agreement with international logistics company, DSV, to rebuild the solar company’s logistics system throughout the UK and Ireland.

The deal will help GoodWe establish an efficient logistical system that will ensure customers get their products within five days of placing an order. DSV Air & Sea will ship GoodWe’s products from China to its British bonded warehouse ahead of the products delivery across the UK and Ireland.

Jiang Deming, GoodWe’s Director of Marketing and Sales, said: “GoodWe is committed to becoming the world’s leading inverter supplier. To realise this, we have to work hard on improving customer service so as to create a good brand image and get the exciting customer feedback. With the further advance in European markets, the contradiction between the increasing demand of our customers and the lagging logistic system is becoming more and more obvious.”

Deming added: “Under the GoodWe’s system, the shortest responding period to our customers can be controlled within five days so that our customers can install high-quality GoodWe inverters at the first time and use the clean and renewable energy as soon as possible.”
