Leeds-based Oakapple Renewable Energy Limited (OAREL) has appointed Richard Hodcroft as the company’s new Sales and Marketing Executive overseeing commercial and domestic applications.
The newly appointed executive said with climate change high on the agenda he “looks forward” to working with those keen to improve their environmental credentials while saving money in the process.
“I was therefore attracted by Oakapple’s commitment to invest more than £100m over the next two years with the aim of becoming one of the UK’s leading providers of renewable energy generation systems,” he said.
A graduate from Business and Management at Bradford University School of Management, Hodcroft has worked in the Royal Bank of Scotland previously.
He also worked for Ventura, where he built and managed integrated online marketing campaigns through Google.
OAREL is part of the Oakapple Group, specialising in solar PV systems for businesses and commercial properties.
