Module manufacturer Phono Solar has received microgeneration certification scheme (MCS) accreditation for its 195W and 200W panels. The certificate is compulsory in order for solar products to be eligible for Government’s feed-in tariff payments, and confirms that the modules comply with or surpass the photovoltaic module standards applicable in the UK.

“Achieving the MCS certification is another indicator for the quality of our modules and the high manufacturing standards of Phono Solar. Products that carry the MCS mark provide customers with assurance that their PV systems comply with thorough international standards,” said Phono Solar’s Mariana Hall.

Photo Solar’s modules come with a 25-year backed-up performance warranty and five years manufacturer’s guarantee.
