Global PV manufacturer, Renesola has formed an agreement with construction, energy and industrial services firm Isolux Corsan to supply 57MW of modules for three UK solar projects.
Renesola will provide its 250-260W Virtus PV modules to solar projects in Cornwall, Dorset and Norfolk.
Original equipment manufacturers (OEM) in India and Poland will manufacture the modules, in line with Renesola’s aims to increase its use of OEMs to expand in specific markets.
Delivery of the order began in December 2013, with the three projects expected to be grid connected in March this year.
Xianshou Li, Renesola's chief executive officer said the order agreement would further cement the relationship between Isolux Corsan and Renesola, and help solidify Renesola’s UK market share.
Last week Renesola provided Isolux Corsan with 31.7MW for a solar farm in Suffolk, and Isolux has already completed 15MW of solar parks in the UK.
