Taiwan-based module manufacturer Ritek Solar has today announced that its polycrystalline solar panels are now certified for use in the UK. Having received Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS) accreditation, the photovoltaic specialist is able to expand into the country’s escalating market.
The MCS certification, which was granted by the British Standards Institute (BSI) attests that Ritek Solar’s modules meet or exceed relevant standards for sales in the UK. The main testing authority requires detailed testing of all production processes and thorough assessment of the product performance.
