Earthwise Products has announced a new distribution deal that will see Solfex Ltd sell the SOLiC 200 solar immersion controller in the UK.
Commenting on the distribution deal, Iain McRitchie, managing director Earthwise Products Ltd said: “As a company focussed on the future and eager to build on the success of the SOLiC 200 I’m very pleased to welcome Solfex to the Earthwise Products distributor portfolio. A new distributor is a testament to the quality and reliability of the SOLiC 200”.
Tom Edwards, technical sales manager photovoltaic divisio, Solfex, added: “We believe the SOLiC 200 will complement our existing range of system upgrade devices nicely, there are many new devices coming to the market but we are especially excited about this one; another add-on sell perfect for the retrofit market”
The declining feed-in tariff has caused a shift in the UK solar market, as PV customers look to maximise consumption of solar-generated energy. Earthwise Product’s SOLiC 200 allows users to divert excess solar energy to a property’s immersion heater before it‘s exported to the grid – maximising the benefit to the consumer.
