Inverter manufacturer Ginlong Technologies will launch a new three-phase transformerless inverter into the European market at Solar Energy UK.

The Ginlong GCI-10K is a three-phase, transformerless, grid-tied string inverter that the company claims is an ideal solution for the commercial distributed solar generations.

Ginlong GCI-10K is designed with Silicon Carbide (SiC) power semiconductor technology. Together with transformerless topology, the GCI-10K can reach a peak efficiency of 98%, according to the company.

Ginlong has also incorporated a wind inverter feature of ultra wide input voltage range (300V-800V) allowing for design flexibility and long daily operation hours.

GCI-10K has dual MPP trackers and maximum three strings per MPPT, which optimise the power production especially in the shaded environment.

Ginlong will exhibit at booth G40 during Solar Energy UK in Birmingham, 8-10 October.
