Chinese inverter manufacturer, Growatt will be launching three new products at this year’s Solar Energy UK (SEUK).
Growatt UK will be showcasing the new energy storage expansion system, the SP200. The manufacturer claims that the unit will be able to plug into any brand inverter to convert it into a new battery storage system. The company hopes that the flexibility of the unit will allow installers to approach previous customers with a view to repeat business.
The second project on show will be the Mini series1000s inverter. The inverter has been designed for three or four panel systems. The company claims that the new series inverter is capable of working for longer during daylight hours because of a lower start voltage and wider MPPT work range.
Finally, Growatt will have its 20kW inverter, the 20000TL3-HE, on show at SEUK. The inverter is the second inverter tested by PHOTON Lab to achieve a conversion efficiency in excess of 99%. The company claims that the fact that it is has broken the 99% barrier means that it is ‘playing in the technological major league’.
Growatt UK will be exhibiting at stand E22 during SEUK at Birmingham NEC, 14-16 October.
