Domestic heating component manufacturer Orkli will showcase its all-in-one solar thermal system at Solar Energy UK 2013.

The Oksol-150 unit integrates the absorber, the pump-circulated system and a 150-litre tank.

It includes a small PV panel that is used to drive the circulating pump, which means it is a fully autonomous system that does not require any external power source, according to the company.

All other components are stored within the system to reduce the visual impact and necessary space. Only a water inlet and outlet is required.

The tank has limit of 85˚C and can heat water 65% more efficiently than traditional boilers.

The system can be roof or ground mounted and either fully integrated or autonomous in a garden or terrace.

Orkli will be exhibiting at stand H34 during Solar Energy UK, 8-10 October, Birmingham.
