Clenergy will be announcing its brand new PV mounting system at this year's Solar Power UK exhibition and conference, taking place at the NEC in Birmingham throughout October 2-4.

The company's PV-ezRack Trapezoidal is a new high-quality universal mounting system for PV-systems on trapezoidal sheet roofs with thicknesses of 0.4mm and above. The system is made of anodised aluminium rails with an EVA coating and special screws that enable it to be screwed in without chipping. It consists of a short guide rail and can be installed on raised beads that are as little as just 20mm wide thanks to its mounting form.

As is also the case with all of its components, the system material consists of weatherproof and corrosion- resistant anodised aluminium rails. The EVA coating on the underside of the system and three pre-drilled fixing holes guarantee fully rainproof mounting and an optimally high load capacity. Depending on the thickness of the sheet roof, stainless steel screws with special cutter heads can be used to enable the system to be screwed in without chipping.

The system, which is supplied in its finished pre-assembled form, also comes with Clenergy's patented Z-module clips that can be simply clipped on from above. The fact that only a few components are required also enables retailers and wholesalers to benefit from favourable transportation and storage costs. Clenergy believes the new system is quick and easy to mount and is capable of handling high load capacities

However, the new PV-ezRack mounting system is not the only new product that Clenergy will be unveiliing at the UK's largest solar-dedicated event. Clenergy will also be introducing its innovative planning and calculation tool PV-ezDesign – an online program capable of generating true 3D layouts. The PV-ezDesign system is capable of modelling PV systems for all flat and pitched roofs as well as ground-mounted installations.

Clenergy's state-of-the-art modelling software takes into account all relevant variables to help the installer design the most effective system. The true life 3D layouts include the surrounding ares based on Google Map data, including 'live' calculations of all potential shoadow cones, integrates building regultaions with pre-saved regional solar radiation data. The modelling software includes data on over 2,000 modules from over 200 of the most popular solar manufacturers.

Clenergy will be showcasing both of its technologies at booth B32 at the UK's largest solar-dedicated conference and exhibition, Solar Power UK. This year Solar Power UK will be hosted at the NEC in Birmingham throughout October 2-4.
