Triodos Energy Transition Europe Fund has expanded its joint venture (JV) with battery energy storage system (BESS) developer GridBeyond with a new multi-million investment commitment.
GridBeyond has announced that it will provide battery energy storage systems (BESS) to two data centres in Ireland owned by Singapore-listed Keppel DC REIT.
GridBeyond has confirmed it will move forward with its strategy to bring distributed energy storage assets together as one resource to access to National Grid Electricity System Operator’s (ESO) suite of dynamic services.
