Korkia sells ready-to-build solar and storage project to NPUK

Finnish renewables investor Korkia has announced the sale of one of its development subsidiaries’ projects to a fund managed by NextEnergy Capital, NextPower UK.
The target fundraise was £500 million, and the UK government’s National Wealth Fund (NWF) was the ‘cornerstone’ investor in NPUK, investing £250 million on a match-funding basis. Image: NextEnergy Capital.
