The Wagner Academy solar training school is holding a one-day training event featuring photovoltaic module and inverter product training from Sanyo and SMA. Taking place on Tuesday July 19 at The Building Centre in Central London, the session will also feature a presentation from CREST (Centre for Renewable Energy Systems Technology), where the Head of Applied Photovoltaics Research Group Professor Ralph Gottschalg will speak on the importance of type testing for ensuring quality in performance.
Wagner Solar UK, Managing Director, Carsten Pump said, “Houses in the UK are on average amongst the smallest in Europe, so it is very important for homeowners to maximise their roof space and use a high efficiency product from a manufacturer like Sanyo. Our event on July 19 will provide a pathway for installers to understand Sanyo products’ discrete benefits, whilst for Sanyo the event will present a legitimate opportunity to learn about the challenges in the UK. Pairing Sanyo with SMA was a simple and unquestionable decision.”
The Wagner Academy has been set up to provide UK solar installers follow-up product and installation training once they have secured MCS accreditation. As with all Wagner Academy UK-based events, this training day is being offered at no charge.
