Following the success of its solar photovoltaic design and distribution business, the Waxman Group has launched a renewables arm that will specialise in the design, consultation and supply of biomass boilers and solar thermal systems. The move is part of the group’s plan to strategically position itself at the forefront of design and distribution of renewable energy technologies in the UK.
Richard Waxman, Chairman of the Waxman Group said: “Although the renewable energy market in the UK is still in its infancy, Government incentives are helping to make consumers more aware of the support available to them and the potential benefits of adopting these technologies. The Waxman Group was founded in 1958and is also involved in distributing flame retardant fibre, mosaic and ceramic tiles and solar photovoltaic panels.
