Wirsol Solar UK, the British arm of one of Germany’s largest solar developers, Wirsol Solar, has announced that it will be relocating its UK office to West Sussex from its initial base in Kettering.
In addition to the announced move, Sascha Klos has been drafted in to head up the new-look UK operation alongside Jason Nicholls, who previously worked as Global Marketing Communications Director at Power-One.
Mark Hogan, President for International Business Development at Wirsol Solar said: “Wirsol is increasing its profile within the UK and taking on more large-scale PV projects. We have decided to move our offices south to West Sussex and put in place some new faces to manage the UK operation.
Hogan added: “Wirsol will remain focused on commercial large rooftop and utility scale projects as well as offering some of the most competitive wholesale component prices for the UK solar industry.”
