Solarcentury has announced the appointment of Frans van den Heuvel as its new CEO. Van den Heuvel was previously CEO of Dutch solar PV company Scheuten Solar and ProxEnergy, a solar installation company and developer of smart-gird products and services. Ofgem has announced that it will be requiring industry to develop changes to the current transmission charging approach.
