Portsmouth City Council (PCC) is preparing to award a tender offer worth up to £10 million which will see solar panels rolled out on council owned buildings across the city over the next four years.
EvoEnergy has completed what it has called one of the highest solar installations in the UK after fitting a 26kWp system on top of the redeveloped South Bank Tower, which stands 42 storeys high.
