Two firms have been fined for safety breaches after a solar installer fell from a roof through a scaffold, landing five metres below and sustaining life changing injuries.
Solar installation firm Solarjen has been fined £250,000 and ordered to pay costs after a number of health and safety failings contributed towards a worker’s fall.
Solarwatt has hosted a week-long training session for its distributors in the UK and Ireland in preparation for the launch of its MyReserve storage system in the first quarter of 2017.
