Solar scores record results in CfD AR6

Results released by DESNZ show that a total of 93 ground-based solar projects, with a combined capacity of 3.3GW, scored CfD support.

Solar could win up to £185 million in largest ever CfD budget

The government announced on 30 July that the budget for the sixth auction round (AR6) of the Contracts for Difference (CfD) scheme will see a £500 million increase, reaching £1.5 billion.

CfD solar strike price increases by 30%
